Commissioned by Seledison S.p.A. – Hydro Electric Company for display in Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio – Aquaprad Visitor Centre.
Naturally, the theme for this show was water, but focusing on all of its forms which exist within the diverse landscapes and ecosystems of the National Park.
Nature’s power, nature’s energy.
As producer and art director, I also programmed the multivision in addition to creating the primary design, artwork and installation of onsite hardware/software. I also supplied 60% of photography from my archive with the remainder from the archives of Gianni Bodini and of Stelvio National Park. Wildlife video also came from the National Park. Original soundtrack by Andrew T.Mackay.
Single screen, ratio 16:9. (11 mins.) Using mixed media. Screen area size 2.5m x 1.4m. A second screen was utilised to create a countdown clock sequence for the next showing, this was a flat screen display installed in the reception area of the visitor centre, and ran in perfect synchronization with the show.
